Studentbox Leavers Pack 2011 - Terms & Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The terms and conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
4. The competition is being run by Curtin University of Technology, GPO Box U1987, Perth, Western Australia, 6845 ("Curtin").
5. The Studentbox competition commences on 8:00am on Monday 31 October 2011 Australian Western Standard Time. To enter the competition, the entrant must:

7. Entry is free, other than the cost associated with accessing the internet which is the entrant's responsibility.
8. Entrants may only enter the Studentbox competition once.
9. Staff employed by Curtin University of Technology are not eligible to enter this competition.
10. There will be one draw at 10.00am on Monday 21 November 2011, Australian Western Standard Time at the Future Students Centre, Curtin University of Technology, Kent Street, Bentley. The draw will be a random barrel draw from all eligible entries received. There will be one (1) winner drawn from the eligible entries. The first entry drawn from the barrel will be the prize winner of the competition.

12. The prize winners will be contacted through the email address or the mobile number supplied by the entrant when registering via the Studentbox website (http://www.studentbox.com.au).
13. The prize winners will be responsible for all costs associated with using the iPod Nano, iTunes Store and/or Logitech iPod Dock, including but not limited to, electricity, internet, data usage and maintenance costs.
14. If the prize winners are under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian. The winner or his or her parent or legal guardian (as the case may be) ("Deemed Winner") is responsible for arranging their attendance at the premises nominated by Curtin University of Technology to collect the iPad package.
15. By entering this competition, you agree that you are over the age of 18 years, of if under 18, have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition
16. The prize winners must provide photographic ID or any legal document, such as a birth certificate, to collect and take receipt of the prize.
17. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
18. The prizes are not transferable.
19. The competition winner’s names will be published on the Studentbox and affiliated websites at the conclusion of the competition. By entering into the competition the winners' agrees to grant Curtin permission to use his/her full name, suburb, Studentbox profile and country on its websites for up to two months following the draw.
20. The prize winner’s are required to abide by the terms and conditions as presented.

Curtin is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.

Curtin University of Technology accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
23. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Curtin University of Technology's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Personal information provided by an entrant to Curtin for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Curtin's Privacy Statement. A copy of the privacy statement is available athttp://www.studentbox.com.au/page/privacy-1. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Curtin privacy statement and these terms and conditions.
