1. What is Studentbox?
   Studentbox is an online community especially for Western Australian year 11 and 12’s that provides help, support, study resources and tools to help you through high school and into uni.
2. How do I get started?
   Getting started is easy. All you need to do is:
   a) Sign up to Studentbox
   b) Create your member profile page
   c) Create content and contribute to forums, groups, blogs, videos, photos and more!
3. What are the rules and regs – and where can I find them?
   Rules and regulations for Studentbox are outlined in the Community Guidelines. Make sure you read them so you can find out how to use Studentbox and what you should and should not be posting.
4. Is Studentbox coming to my school?
   Studentbox is heading to schools throughout terms two and three as part of the Curtin and Student Edge school visits. Check with your year coordinator to find out the dates.
5. How do I enter Studentbox competitions?
   Studentbox will run lots of competitions throughout the year. You are automatically entered into the first competition when you have register and log onto Studentbox. But for the rest of the year competitions will have different entry requirements. For the full terms and conditions for each competition, make sure you check the Competitions tab in Studentbox.
6. I want to be more involved – what can I do?
   We’d love your help to build Studentbox! Email the Community Coordinator to let them know that you are keen to become more involved. You can also join up to the Studentbox Street Team and get the ball rolling. By helping us build Studentbox, you may also earn some iTunes and shopping vouchers.
7. I am in year 8 – can I join the network?
   No, if you’re not in years 10 to 12 then you can’t join the network. You can access Studentbox, read the newest forum discussions and blog posts, view videos and photos but you can’t contribute to Studentbox or enter competitions.
8. I am not in Western Australia – can I join the network?
   No, unfortunately you can’t join the network because it’s designed only for Western Australian year 11 and 12 students. You can look around on the website, read forum discussions and blogs, look at photos and watch videos but you can’t contribute to Studentbox or enter competitions.
9. I’ve spotted something wrong/embarrassing on the network – what should I do?
   Simple. If you notice a mistake on the site click on the "Report an Issue" link on the bottom of the page. This link appears on every page, helping us track down the issue you've spotted. The form is self-explanatory, though as usual, the more information you supply us with the better! Once you've filled it in, our Community Coordinator will then take appropriate action.
